Our Mission

is to create an inclusive, diverse, and safe community to encourage growth in youth by using and building successful robots for hands-on discovery and application of STEM principles and technology.

Our Vision

is to grow youth and adults in ways they did not even know was possible through self-discovery, teamwork, and community so that they can become excellent leaders in the STEM fields.

Our Goals

o Create a safe and good-spirited community for students 

to try, fail, improve, succeed, iterate, and be themselves 

through actively building relationships with 

teammates, mentors, and the Nova Labs community

o Teach STEM through robots with creative problem solving 

to practical problems while constantly raising the bar 

for students to reach their undiscovered skills

o Build and modify robots repeatedly to stay focused 

on providing hands-on experience 

and practicing collaborative team work

o Serve the greater community by teaching 

about STEM, FIRST, and making things
